Speak Up & Dance was born out of love for a friend we lost too soon. Stuart Shone took his own life in April 2021, and this is his legacy. Every night we run, every mix we drop, every donation made – it all goes towards making sure other men get the support they need before it's too late. All funds go directly to our charity partner, Talk Club.
